The Response Feed gives you a unified view of all text responses in your survey. Scan feedback quickly without opening individual respondents, with sentiment indicators and powerful filtering options.

Accessing the Feed
Open Your Survey
Navigate to Surveys in your dashboard and click on the survey you want to analyze.
Click the Feed Tab
In the survey detail view, click the Feed tab to see all text responses in a scrollable list.

Sentiment Indicators
Each response shows sentiment at a glance with emoji indicators and color-coded borders:

Real-Time Search
Search across all response text instantly. Results update as you type, making it easy to find specific feedback or keywords.
Powerful Filters
Narrow down responses with multiple filter options:
- Filter by specific question

- Filter by respondent attributes (department, location, etc.)
Smart Sorting
Sort responses to surface what matters most:
- Newest first - See recent feedback first
- Oldest first - Track feedback over time
- By sentiment - Surface issues first (negative at top)
Respondent Context
Each response shows respondent attributes as tags (department, location, role), plus indicators for AI follow-up conversations and associated ratings. Click "View full response" to see the complete submission.
Pro Tip
Use the "By sentiment (issues first)" sort option during your first review to quickly identify problems that need attention. Then switch to filtering by department or location to see if issues are localized to specific teams.
