Available Question Types
Rating Scale
PopularLet respondents rate on a numeric scale, typically 1-5 or 1-10. Perfect for satisfaction scores, likelihood ratings, and agreement questions.
"How satisfied are you with your work-life balance?"
Multiple Choice
Present a list of options for respondents to choose from. Configure as single-select (pick one) or multi-select (pick all that apply). Great for categorizing responses.

AI Follow-upFree-form text responses for detailed feedback. This is where AI follow-ups shine—the AI will ask clarifying questions when answers are vague, extracting deeper insights.

Rate multiple items on the same scale in a grid format. Efficient for comparing related topics. Respondents see all items together and rate each on your chosen scale.

Simple binary choice for straightforward questions. Quick to answer and easy to analyze. Use for eligibility checks, simple opinions, or gating questions.

Collect numeric values directly. Configure optional minimum and maximum values for validation. Perfect for years of experience, hours spent, or any quantitative data.

Info Block
NewDisplay information without expecting a response. Use for instructions, context, or section headers. Break up long surveys with explanatory text.
