Understanding Your Results
Check Your Dashboard
Your dashboard shows key metrics at a glance: total surveys, responses collected, AI follow-ups generated, and themes extracted. These give you a quick overview of your survey activity.
Navigate to Themes
Click Themes in the sidebar to see all AI-extracted insights from your survey responses. Themes are automatically categorized and analyzed for sentiment.
Understand Validation Status
Each theme has a validation status that tells you how widespread the feedback is:
- Validated: Confirmed as a widespread concern across multiple respondents
- Validating: Currently being cross-checked with other respondents
- Vocal Minority: Feedback from a small number of respondents, not widespread
Explore Theme Details
Click on any theme card to see detailed information including the original responses that contributed to it, validation breakdown, and sentiment analysis. This helps you understand the full context behind each theme.
Why Cross-Validation Matters
Traditional surveys can't tell you if feedback is from 3 people or 300. SeekWhy's cross-validation engine automatically checks if emerging themes are widespread by asking other respondents to confirm or deny them. This gives you confidence that you're addressing real issues, not just the loudest voices.
