Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard is the command center for all your feedback activities. Monitor key metrics, track survey progress, and quickly access the insights that matter most to your organization.

Dashboard Components
Metrics Overview
At the top of your dashboard, you'll find four key metric cards:
- •Total Surveys: Active and completed surveys in your organization
- •Responses: Total responses collected across all surveys
- •AI Follow-ups: Clarifying questions generated by the AI
- •Themes Extracted: Insights identified from responses
Recent Surveys
Below the metrics, you'll see your most recent surveys with their current status, response count, and last activity date. Click any survey card to jump directly to its results and manage distribution.
Latest Themes
The themes section highlights recently extracted insights from your surveys. Each theme shows its validation status, sentiment, and the number of respondents who contributed to it. Validated themes are confirmed widespread concerns you should prioritize.
Activity Timeline
The activity feed shows recent events across your organization: new responses, theme extractions, survey distributions, and team member actions. This gives you a real-time view of what's happening with your feedback programs.
Quick Actions
Create Survey Button
The prominent "Create Survey" button in the top right lets you start a new AI-powered survey immediately from anywhere in the app.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar provides quick access to all sections: Surveys, Series, Templates, Themes, Integrations, and Settings. On mobile, tap the menu icon to reveal the navigation.
Organization Switcher
If you belong to multiple organizations, use the switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them. Each organization has its own surveys, participants, and settings.
Stay Notified
Enable notifications to receive alerts when surveys receive new responses, themes are validated, or team members need attention. Connect Slack for real-time updates in your team channels.
